Drafts to Jake — May / June queue.
Four messages ready to send across May; two more held against the June Europe conversation with Andrea. Private review page — not for Jake's eyes.
Where the queue sits.
Pacing for May is measured. Four drafts go out in order — light enough that Jake can read them as separate threads, sequenced so the warmest one lands first. After that, quiet on the Silent Unicorn side until June, when the APAC GTM exclusivity conversation with Andrea (in Europe, mid-late June, latest July) determines the shape of the two held drafts.
READY drafted, awaiting send · HELD drafted, gated on something resolving first
The four going out in May.
Sequence them in this order; Ashley's discretion on exact timing, but they can land within the same week without feeling rushed. Draft 1 opens warm, the two stablecoin queries follow, the Line intel query closes — that one carries the most weight per word and benefits from the others arriving first.
Draft 1 · IVY deck approval
Ready · May 1 of 4Purpose. Warm, low-effort opener. Approves the External_IVY_Deck_revised for Ashley's circulation, names the two target audiences, and asks for a 2–3 page technical follow-up artefact that sophisticated readers will want.
Draft 3a · Bamboo (AUD) posture
Ready · May 2 of 4Purpose. AUD currency-backed doesn't compete with NeroGold, so probably a clean partnership opportunity. This pulls Jake's read on rail / VASP fit and whether there's anything not to mention yet.
Draft 3b · NZD gold-backed scope
Ready · May 3 of 4Purpose. Same product category as NeroGold, so partner/competitor risk. Two structural questions — scope (AU vs NZ) and posture (sole issuer vs partner rail) — gate everything downstream.
Draft 4 · Line Japan intel query (reframed)
Ready · May 4 of 4Purpose. Build Andrea / Silent's intelligence picture of Jake's Line relationship and rollout strategy. Framed as Ashley's independent curiosity — not pilot interest, not informed by anything from Andrea's side.
- Asks for strategy and posture, not specifics about a pilot.
- Closing line ("conversations happening on my side that I'll loop you in on when they're ready") is honest about the existence of other threads without revealing what they are.
- Useful for Andrea / Silent regardless of whether they end up partnering with Jake on Line.
The two waiting on June.
Neither of these goes out until something else resolves. Both are calendared rather than parked — there is a specific moment each becomes the right message to send.
Draft 5 · PoSIM / dMID continuation
Held · JulyPurpose. The wedge-product continuation note inside the broader APAC GTM rollout. It can't be drafted further until the conversation with Andrea in Europe shapes the answers.
What's needed first:
- Andrea's view on APAC exclusivity framing with NERO.
- Decision on continuation shape: co-dev, joint GTM, or tech licensing.
- Map of Andrea's telco network — which carriers, what seniority of relationship.
Once those resolve, this becomes a substantive proposal covering APAC GTM exclusivity, Telkomsel as lighthouse, Andrea's secondary carrier(s), and PoSIM / dMID as the wedge product inside the broader Super App rollout.
Draft 6 · Intro 1 resurface (PlaysOut Series A)
Held · Late JunePurpose. Jake offered a family-office intro for PlaysOut's Series A. Timing this for late June keeps it close to actual fundraising, not premature.
Independent of the three collaboration tracks — just a personal value-trade between Ashley and Jake.
Three things to keep in view while sending.
- Sequence over speed. The order matters more than the cadence. Draft 1 sets a warm baseline; Draft 4 is the heaviest ask and benefits from arriving last.
- Attribution discipline. Draft 4 must read as independent curiosity. If Jake asks why the curiosity, the honest-but-vague answer is "conversations happening on my side that I'll loop you in on when they're ready" — it's true and it protects the intel.
- Watch for unlocks that change pacing. Move faster if Jake announces something material (new carrier pilot, regulatory milestone, public partnership). Move slower if Andrea wants more time on exclusivity, or if the PlaysOut / Line deal needs space.
Next move, if pressed: send Draft 1 first. Smallest commitment from Jake to act on, sets the rhythm for the other three, and gets the IVY circulation flag planted before any of the harder asks land.
